Don't put up with back pain

An interesting article from the Independant here. Apparently, the most common medical issue that most adults are currently living with but doing little about is back pain. I do see many people who have been putting off getting their problem looked at for months in the hope it’ll go away. I’ve done the same thing, and I really don’t know why I’ve done it, or why others do the same. Is it fear that nothing can be done? Is it that we don’t want to be a fuss? Is it fear that it’s something serious and we’d just rather not know? I suppose the answer may differ between all of us. Ask yourself a question. Has your problem, whatever it might be, improved? If the answer is no, then it’s time to stop waiting and start doing.
Here’s the article if you fancy a quick read.
There’s an old saying. Don’t put off until tomorrow what you can do today.
Be healthy. Trevor.
