About The Body Sage Clinic
A therapist-led clinic focused on practical, effective treatment for pain, injury, and movement problems.
Our Approach
We focus on hands-on treatment supported by clear clinical reasoning. Each session is tailored to the individual, combining assessment and treatment to address the root of the problem where possible.
We aim to keep things simple, effective, and focused on outcomes, without unnecessary complexity or drawn-out treatment plans. Our approach is based on what works in practice, not fixed protocols or assumptions.
What Makes Us Different
We focus on clear, effective treatment without unnecessary complexity.
Hands-On Treatment In Every Session
Every appointment includes practical, hands-on therapy rather than just advice or assessment.
Tailored Approach Based On Your Needs
Each session is adapted to your condition, goals, and how your body responds to treatment.
Clear Explanation Without The Jargon
We explain what’s going on in straightforward terms so you understand your problem and your options.
No Unnecessary Treatment Plans
We focus on what is needed to help you improve, without pushing ongoing sessions you do not require.
Referral To The Right Professional When Needed
If another therapist within the clinic is better suited to your needs, we will guide you accordingly. If your condition is outside our scope, we will refer you to the most appropriate external specialist.
Meet The Team
Our team brings together a range of skills across injury treatment, recovery, and performance. Each therapist has their own approach, but all share a focus on practical, effective treatment tailored to the individual.
