Easily available. Friendly to talk to. No long consultation unlike others, Trevor gets straight down to business and fixes you up.

Never had the experience of a sports massage. Trevor was very professional and made me feel at ease. He went straight into massaging my shoulder no hanging around. For 2 weeks I have been in constant pain in shoulder and lower back and have had trouble sleeping. After my first appointment my shoulder has had a few twinges and my lower back pain has completely gone. I can't recommend Trevor enough.

I have been to see Trevor a few times this year. Not only does he do a great massage, he has so much knowledge about anatomy and injury recovery and has really taken the time to explain to me what is going on and provided me with advice about what to do at home. Highly recommended.

I can now walk in a straight line again... I have a feeling Trevor will be my lifeline leading up to the London Marathon!!

The best sports massage you can get in Bedford. Trevor fixed my lower back pain for a reasonable price. He also recommended some good exercises to do at home and they work well. The massage room is very clean and quiet. Value for money: 10/10.

My hips were tilted and lower back spine was twisted! I was in excruciating pain and could barely walk and was unable to stand up straight! I saw Trevor and he managed to loosen up my back muscles and stretch them. I woke up the next morning expecting to struggle to get out of bed but to my surprise, I was able to move like I never had a back problem! To be in such agony for the slightest moves a day before and then be up and moving the next morning felt like a miracle! I want to thank Trevor and would recommend him to anyone!
