How To Book
Welcome to our super-quick and easy booking page. It’s so quick and easy that you’ll be done in a couple of minutes. If you’re just browsing and would like to check our availability, follow the same process, and you’ll be able to see if our availability matches yours. You don’t need to complete your booking until the very end.
Our treatments are divided into two sections: Injuries & Pain Management for painful conditions and injuries of most types and Sports Performance Therapy for those seeking help with their health and fitness goals. Our website has detailed descriptions and FAQs for all our treatments, but please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions before booking.
Helpful Info
- Bookings can be made and managed via our online calendar. Payment is taken during the booking process.
- Depending on availability, bookings can be made with as little as two hours notice.
- You can cancel or reschedule with eight hours notice via our online calendar.
- A parent or guardian must accompany anyone under 16 years of age.
- A chaperone must accompany anyone considered vulnerable.
- If you weigh more than 120kg, please contact us before booking to discuss your requirements.

Where to FInd Us
The Body Sage Clinic is located inside Tavistock Yard, 58 Tavistock Street, in Bedford Town Centre, close to the junction of Tavistock Street and The Broadway. Bedford Bus Station is a 5-minute walk, and Bedford Train Station is a slightly longer 15-minute walk.
Where to Park
Queen Street Multi-Storey car park is less than 50 metres away, open until 10 pm, and offers two hours of free parking daily. Entry is at the rear via Prince Street. Free parking is available after 6 pm on Tavistock Street and the neighbouring streets.
